Sample Area of Sky - Dublin 15, Ireland - 22nd July 2018

Description

This is day three, in succession, of an early morning, horizon to horizon, bland featureless mat of cloud cover in the area of D15 sky which I monitor.

This morning however, because the cloud density seems somewhat lighter, one can clearly discern a metallic type hue to the cloud layer.

Just for general information related to my photo taking methodology:

In a majority of cases, the area of sky which I choose to monitor will be over my home. Typically, at image taking time, I manually record four samples of sky condition, spaced apart, in a 180 deg arc from my ground position.

In some instances I may acquire either the main four sample images or those plus supplementary images in a very large open ground area, not far from where I live.

My primary sampling area is from within Dublin 15 and my secondary sampling area is from within Dublin 8.
