Supplementary Images of Sky - Dublin 15, Ireland - 13th July 2018
Description
I noted this cloud combination earlier. Clearly, the Cirrus to the left of the image is pregnant with moisture. We are still in the midst of a long dry spell here in Ireland. Over the last several weeks we have had but fleeting periods of very short and very light drizzly rain.

During our weeks of no rain, I have nonetheless noted occasional appearances of cloud like the moisture laden one in the image but NO RAIN FALL?

I wonder would such absence of precipitation from obviously moisture laden clouds, be associated with SALT SEEDING over the atlantic ocean (given that our summer weather typically comes from the west)?

Would be interesting to have peoples views.
